NATURAL WINE TOURISM
A Disruptive Innovation
The natural wine movement emerged in the 1970s, pioneered by Marcel Lapierre, Guy Breton, Jean-Paul Thévenet, and Jean Foillard in Beaujolais, France. Inspired by Jules Chauvet, they eliminated pesticides and embraced older vines for riper fruit, fostering transparency and environmental responsibility. This project offers an immersive journey through top natural wine vineyards using augmented reality. Each room is a multi-sensory experience dedicated to a vineyard, allowing guests to virtually explore while tasting the wines. A natural wine museum provides insights into the industry's evolution. We redefine wine tourism, offering a unique encounter with the world of natural wines.
